Will i get proof my moms in it? and when will there be a family session, shes always blown me off i want her to hear me

Patient confidentiality- you won't get proof ever. Family session-you have been watching too much TV. It doesn't always work like that. This time should be about your mom first. Her getting clean. She already knows she has hurt you and although it might help you to get it out, it might NOT help her at this fragile time of getting clean. Save your drama (for now) and get your own councilor until your Mom is stronger. It takes time and you can not know what it is like trying to overcome an addiction until you have been through it yourself. Just the fact she is trying and went to rehab speaks volumes about how much she wants to change, and in spite of stupid hurtful things she has done, you can be sure she really loves you. Try to encourage her at this point, not point out how bad she has been....she already knows that part.
