I'm still smoking a bit of rock cause I can't handle the fatigue. Will this delay my physical recovery from methadone and heroin?

I don't know anything about any of these three drugs, but I'm guessing that rock isn't the best thing, you are just exchanging one habit for another. I'm sure the amount of time that it will take for you to go through withdrawls depends on how much you did and how bad your habit was. Just think, once you get through all this stuff how good you will feel.

It will take only a few days to get over the fatigue, but you cant smoke rock or it will only prolong the agony. go to detox for a few days and drink WATER

YOU HAVE TO STOP ALL DRUGS!!!! JUST START SMOKING POT. YOU WILL SLEEP ALOT. WHICH IS GOOD. YOU WILL ALSO EAT MORE. CHEW ON STRAWS......I SWEAR IT WORKS. WHILE CHEWING GUM. I KICKED METH AND YAY. I KNOW U CAN OVERCOME UR ADDICTIONS. BUT LIKE I SAID SMOKE POT, CUZ ITS NOT A DRUG. GOD MADE WEED,MAN MADE SPEED.WHICH DO U TRUST?

Most undoubtedly. See, all drugs work the same way, at a basic level. They all stimulate "feel good " hormones like dopamine. The reason you're addicted is because your body needs a certain level of said hormones for feel "normal ". What causes those hormones to be released is irrelevant. Basically, its like a smoker addicted to nicotine takes that nicotine gum--you're substituting one problem for another and youre not treating the underlying situation. Getting past an addiction is tough work, and nobody will ever say that its easy. But using coke as a crutch isn't helping you, and if anything, its going to take you that much longer to ditch the habit. Look on the bright side. Youve already made the decision to stop and you've obviously sought help. You're almost there! Don't mess it up by introducing more, just different, drugs into the mix, or youll find yourself addicted to the coke soon enough! EDIT: as for the comment above, ignore it. Weed is doing the same thing as the coke, just at a less extreme level... like a smoker taking a 2mg gum instead of 4mg. As for the "god made it so its not a drug "--god also made coca (from which cocaine is made) as well as opium (from poppy flowers). You need to ditch drugs altogether, in every form (including ALCOHOL!) to be successful, or else its going to take you longer to ditch it.

I dont understand y ur smokeing crack you should strive to live healthyer. your probably gonna have problems with being dope sic for a while, and if you did it long enough your gonna "fall apart " when it starts to break down in your spine. that sucks. if you keep up shit like smokeing crack ur never gona get better. comeing down off the crack is probably half the problem anyway
